With ProcessFrame you can implement fully integrated, totally independent or mixed mode compliance management systems:

  1. Model your business system: processes, customers, suppliers, products, stakeholders, risks, skills, tools etc. as well as their relations and set up your rules, by publishing all relevant documents, such as procedures, operating instructions, emergency procedures, laws and regulatory documents etc. This step is supported by ProcessFrame building blocks such as Data Access and Navigation and Document Management, which provide an easy way to share within the organization all the relevant information to the appropriate people on a "as needed" basis.
  2. Define an indicator system: process performance, skill levels, customer satisfaction, supplier rating, internal compliance must be measurable and analyzed over time to identify trends: this is supported by the Survey and Statistics building blocks.
  3. Measurement and recording must be performed, either based on a schedule (for example audits or preventive maintenance) or event driven, such in the case of accidents or customer complaints. This is supported by the ease of designing the appropriate forms and workflows, and the mail notification system to remind people of their deadlines. The Intranet based architecture makes the system available everywhere the event occurs providing each user the appropriate level of access.
  4. Finally, all records must be reviewed and compared with the historical series and with the assumptions made in planning, to plan for improvements and corrective actions. Timely and effective execution of such actions must also be measured.
